One-Year Warranty for Our Jewelry

We guarantee the quality of our products and for this reason we provide our customers with a one year warranty which starts from the day when the order is received.

The Terms of Warranty:

1. Customer should pay for the shipping to send items back to Adaleen.
2. Prior to sending back the items, customer should contact Adaleen to confirm the shipping address.
3. Before sending the items, customer should make sure that the items are packed safely. Adaleen will not be responsible for any damage due to bad packing.
4. Client should choose the shipping method which allows tracking. Packages without tracking will not be processed.
5. Adaleen reserves the right not to provide warranty service for items which have the signs of modification and damage beyond “normal wear”.
6. In order to receive the warranty service, we require the proof of purchase, which can be one of the following items:

• An original Adaleen receipt
• An Adaleen gift receipt
• An online order confirmation

In case you don’t have any of these, we can only offer you a repair service for a fee.
