When will my order being shipped?

If the item is in stock, it can be shipped within 2 business days. Sometimes a ring might need to go to our workshop for sizing, which takes an additional 3 business days. If the item is out of stock, it will be shipped within 21-30 business days. Please contact our customer service to track the progress of your order. If you need an order urgently, email to check our stock. We will assist you with this.

What do I do if an item arrives damaged?

Please contact our customer service immediately, reference your order number and attach pictures of the damaged item. Please keep original packaging and boxes. Please do not throw away the shipping box until the Shipping Claim is processed or you are otherwise instructed. Sometimes, damaged items need to be shipped back to the address given by our support staff. If this occurs, please email customer service for a “Return Authorization Number” and follow the shipping instructions given to you for returning damaged item.

What if an item arrives defective or becomes defective shortly after I wear it?

If an item you purchase from Adaleen arrives defective or becomes defective within 60 days, please notify Customer Service immediately. We will give you further direction on how to proceed.

What if you received a different item that you ordered?

Please notify Customer Service immediately. We will replace and ship the correct item to you within 3 business days at no additional charge. You will be instructed to return the incorrect item back to the address given by our support staff.

30 Days Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our item, simply email our customer service, reference your order number and describe the reason(s) why you are dissatisfied with the item. We will issue a “Return Authorization Number” to you. Please follow the shipping instructions given to you for returning unwanted item. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost for the return. All returned items must be packed to avoid damaging in transit and need to include all original packaging and must be in new condition in order to receive a refund and credit. Your return will be received and inspected by our fulfillment center within 3 business days of receiving your return. After that has occurred, your refund will be processed (shipping and handling fees are not refundable), and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note, depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your card.
