I bought both the heart and the key together and I give them both 5 stars. I definitely will not spoil the surprise that’s in store for future buyers, but my goodness was a pleasantly surprised receiving them! The reason why I give 4 though, is because of the communication regarding the order. So.. I was a bit iffy about buying the necklaces at first, because the store is foreign to me and because of the amount it would cost to get them. I was very hesitant but went for it anyway and of course I was keeping an eye out for any updates on the order. Though.. weeks went by and the order was still ‘processing’.. and yes I got a bit worried! Yesterday (the day before writing the review) I even got to a point of contacting the customer service because the order was still ‘processing’.. I was so confused to if it was even shipped or not. Ironically today after work I came home to the surprise that the order DID actually arrive and I was sooo relieved and so surprised when I opened the package.
Long story short: Necklaces are amazing, I love them, they are elegant, beautifully crafted, I love them.
Communication about the order (so actually feedback to the store): The communication to the customer could be a little better. Maybe an automatic message for when it’s shipped and after that from the shipping company when it has arrived to the country. That would be a nice thing to have, since we’re not talking about twenty euros anymore.. to me this was a big hunch because it could’ve been a scam. Luckily it all ended well, so I’m a happy customer!
So that’s my review and I hope more people will love these necklaces as much as I do now!
